Jules was brilliant, I gave him all the specifications that I needed in a car and he found a wonderful car that met everything I needed and more. The customer care and after care is second to none, with the policy of the only stupid question is the one never asked. I’ve committed myself to coming back for services etc as I feel extremely confident and comfortable that they will ensure my safety and the optimal care of my vehicle, without the fear of being taken advantage of in anyway for not being vehicle savvy. Lovely to be treated with respect, kindness and patience, all in all a fantastic team.

NK Chilwell My car broke down (clutch) I normally deal with Vertu they were unhelpful and no availability for at least 6 weeks. NK were brilliant and advised they could do it in 3 weeks, my car was transported on the Friday, they were assessing it on the Saturday and it was fixed and MOT’d by the Wednesday, this was an amazing turnaround I am so grateful for their help. Chris and the team are top notch, highly recommended. Many thanks hope you enjoy the Hero chocolates - Hero’s for my Hero’s xx 😀🙏 So impressed I am buying my next car from them, Jules was fantastic I am now 100% converted to NK 🥳

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt on this occasion I needed too. My daughter has recently purchased a car from NK Motors and the standard of service delivered was exceptional. From the very first phone call about the vehicle they couldn't do enough for us. My daughter is 19 and it was her first ever purchase and was quite nervous about going into the dealership and going through the process of buying a car. The sales exec Dave met us outside and put her at ease instantly. The vehicle they supplied was just as good as the service she received and made sure it was serviced with 12 months Mot, they even give her a full tank of fuel. If you are looking to buy from this garage I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My daughters has already talked about using them again for service or another vehicle when she replaced this one. Even Jack who did the handover was excellent. Once again thank you for your service Mark

Really great customer service. Had a very generous rest drive, no pressure from Becky at any point and NK Motors were very fair and transparent about trade in costs. Even though didn't purchase a car when I visited would definitely consider this dealer again.

Although we’re not buying a car from NK on this occasion, I wanted to say how welcoming Becky was in sales. Well organised, helpful and really knowledgeable about the cars. No ask was too much trouble and, even though we didn’t reach a deal, I would definitely buy a car from this dealership had we been able to find the right car/price combination. If our search ends in buying a Kia, we’ll definitely use this dealership for servicing.

Very poor service regarding purchase of a used (non-Kia) vehicle. David was very pushy, pressing for an increase of budget by >50%. Also persisted on phone calls beyond being asked to remove contact details, even after informing of deposit left elsewhere. Cannot recommend.

They can’t get the basics right.Simon,thanks for your reply , I tried phone calls and emails but they didn’t work, your email to me dated 30/09/23 confirmed all my details had been removed, obviously that didn’t happen , hence my frustration in receiving post from you yesterday, therefore I consider my review justified.
